A Lecture by Francis S. Collins

Francis Collins is one of world's most renowned and accomplished scientists. A physician and geneticist, he steered the Human Genome Project to a successful conclusion and presently serves as the Director of the National Institutes of Health. An outspoken Christian, he was appointed by Pope Benedict XVI to the Pontifical Academy of Sciences.

Collins spoke at the Veritas Forum at the California Institute of Technology in February of 2009.

For more, see Collins' book, The Language of God: A Scientist Presents Evidence for Belief

The Veritas Forum hosts university events that engage students and faculty in discussions about life's hardest questions and the relevance of Jesus Christ to all of life. The above lecture is found here.
